Feedback about cyclovias
The first cyclovia in Australia was held on 28 May 2006 on Sydney Road. The feedback from all stakeholders (including traders, local government, state government, local residents and the community) has been extremely positive.

Volunteers are needed in all Cyclovias with all kinds of skills, but mainly to assist with putting out signs, directing participants and giving out information. Previous experience is not necessary, we will train you. Additionally, traffic management training will be provided free of charge to some volunteers before the event. We are planning Cyclovias in all major cities in Australia.
